Warranty Processor

Job Summary:

  • The Warranty Processor is directly in charge for all warranty concerns and claims of customers. He or she renders decisions regarding these claims based on Toyota Motor Philippines standards and guidelines.

Job Duties:

  • Evaluate warranty claims of customers if valid or not
  • Put warranty tag in the warranty room for proper storage
  • Segregate the small to big warranty parts in the storage room
  • Follow the correct flat rate manual for the labor charge and its operation code
  • Prepare “field technical report” (10% of monthly vehicle sales)
  • Deal directly to local suppliers with warranty claims (ex. stereo, tires, battery, supply pump, etc.)
  • Process the warranty claims in the system (era net, wams, partners on line)
  • Submit warranty claims to Toyota Motor Philippines based on the given schedules
  • Coordinate to TMP technical for difficult judgment
  • Follow up customers with pending claims
  • Monitor his Open Repair Order
  • Monitor “Special Service Campaign” and its accomplishment
  • Follow up affected SSC vehicles
  • 100% Warranty Approval Rate
  • Perform such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above
    enumeration of duties and responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, or any related four year course from
    reputable schools
  • Experience is advantage but not necessary
