IX.     : Customer Relations Supervisor


Customer Relations Supervisor

Job Duties:

  • Reports directly to the CRD Head.
  • Acts as Officer-In-Charge of the department in the absence of the CRD Manager/Head.
  • Works hand-in-hand with the CRD Manager/Head by providing inputs and recommendations
    on VOC and customer satisfaction survey results for the dealership.
  • Daily monitoring of CRD Staff to ensure adherence to department standards, attendance,
    scheduled activities and performance of official duties and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the dealership for the timely resolution of customer complaints.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Tourism Management,
    International Hospitality Management or any equivalent course
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • With at least two to three (2-3) years related experience.
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively, both
    verbally and in writing, including excellent listening skills
  • Must be able to think quickly and logically to ensure
    expedient response to customer inquiries.
  • Must be have strong organizational skills.
  • Must have ability to work with patience and courtesy
    customer relations.
