Insurance Coordinator

Job Summary:

  • The Insurance Coordinator’s main role is to facilitate the customer’s insurance claim requirements. He is the one who coordinates and follows up the unit’s insurance claim status with the customer’s insurance company. He also ensures the proper Letters of Authority (LOA) are available before giving the go signal for repair.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • 1 to 2 years experience in Frontline Customer Service
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • With pleasing personality and visual impact
