VI.     Kaizen Department

Kaizen / Organization Development Staff

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Department Head in implementing Kaizen (“Continuous Improvement”) activities.
  • Assist the Department Head in monitoring Kaizen activities.
  • Ensure complete, accurate & timely filing of Kaizen reports.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Psychology,
    Human Resource Management or any equivalent course.
  2. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint. With at least
    one (1) year related experience.
  3. Must have leadership & consensus-building skills.
  4. Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization.
  5. Must be good in project management.
  6. Must be knowledgeable with the concept of Organizational Development and/or continuous improvement.
