II.     Vehicle Sales Department


Sales Admin Head

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Vehicle Sales Manager.
  • Coordinates with Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) regarding stocks, ordering and pull out.
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation and submission of dealer reports to TMP.
  • Monitors the performance of Vehicle Sales Admin (VSA) Staff
  • Supervises VSA Staff regarding accomplishment of documentation requirements for customers, LTO, TMP,
    banks, etc.
  • Monitors vehicle swapping and transfer reports of dealers.
  • Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • With good knowledge and understanding of Vehicle Sales operations.
    • With at least two years administrative working experience preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Preferably Supervisory Level specializing in sales – corporate or equivalent.
