Service Advisor

Job Summary:

  • The position exist to support the Service Department in receiving customers and diligently taking down their servicing requirements (SA). His main task is to obtain customer satisfaction by providing good service by ensuring the best condition of the vehicles of all customers. (RH)

Job Duties:

  • Receive the vehicle for service requirements and ensure that all concerns are given utmost attention.(SA)
  • Has basic automotive knowledge; maximize service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques. (RH)
  • Proper coordination with other department within the dealership to guarantee customer satisfaction at all times. (SA)
  • A good communicator, excellent customer satisfaction skills, organized and flexible. Provide leadership to frontline staff to achieve high customer satisfaction. (RH)

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Automotive course, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course.
  • Two years of related experience is an advantage.
  • Exhibits above average customer relations skills, social skills, flexibility and perseverance.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Taytay Rizal
