Parts and Accessories Department

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Monitors & request supplies for office supplies, farms and repairs needed in operations.
  2. Responsible on ensuring that all account payable of outside supplier/contractor is paid on time
  3. Participate in the regular inventory & prepares inventory documents and supply.
  4. Prepares minute of the meeting and memo proper filling of documents.
  5. Participates in the Internal Training, TMP Training and ensure passing all Exam.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • College Graduate, 4 Year Business Course.
  • Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English).
  • Good analytic and thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Good Knowledge in implementation of policies.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
  • Time Schedule 8am-5pm
