DEPARTMENT:
Parts and Accessories Department
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors & request supplies for office supplies, farms and repairs needed in operations.
- Responsible on ensuring that all account payable of outside supplier/contractor is paid on time
- Participate in the regular inventory & prepares inventory documents and supply.
- Prepares minute of the meeting and memo proper filling of documents.
- Participates in the Internal Training, TMP Training and ensure passing all Exam.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate, 4 Year Business Course.
- Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English).
- Good analytic and thinking skills.
- Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good written communication skills.
- Good Knowledge in implementation of policies.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
- Time Schedule 8am-5pm
